Photography has been among us since the 1800's.
The first era of photography started off with old time cameras with powder holders that create a flash for lighting. Next we have cameras with large strobes built in. Later cameras have smaller strobes and some of them create instant photos if we do not want to wait for an hour, a day, or even two days. Next there are cameras with zoom lenses for people, places or things that are farther away from the person taking the picture.
Finally there are digital cameras which allow you to do whatever with the photos you took on your own. After you take the picture, you can zoom in to look around up close if you want to find something you overlooked. Pictures can be uploaded to a computer and pasted to articles or email messages so they can be sent to others around the world. Unwanted pictures can be deleted and good ones can be kept forever. An optional memory card, depending on the type of camera, can be used to store hundreds of images.
Anyone can learn very neat ways to take a perfect picture. For outside the strobe light should to be off or on whether it's day or night. For inside the strobe is needed all the time. Taking the perfect picture is what professional photographers do best and there are college classes for that if others are interested.
It's capable of taking and preserving images for memories and proof for decades or even centuries to come. Pictures can be taken of many things like news, special occasions and vacations.
